Had a great time! Thank you and Greg and Lawrence for putting it together one more time! I went to take a nap in my car and woke up to find only two cars left at the location. Whew! Where'd everyone go? Yea, I'm down for another one! However, I think I may be out of town on the 24th of June.

Yeah, as soon as it got light, we rushed to clean up & get off the mountain, as by that point, everyone was fully soaked. But really please if possible we would really like to have you play again on the 24th. As the current plan is to do a full make good party that date with the same lineup & setup. Because, things really were just about perfect until the weather turned on us... So next time I figure we do alot more prayers to the weather spirits/gods/whatever to hopefully get a nice hot clear day leading to a nice warm clear night on the 24th...

Mon, May 22, 2006 - 5:57 PMHeavy rain...it felt like the hand of god! Note to self: remember to pitch your tent in the shelter of some trees instead of right out in direct path of the worst wind. But, still a great party despite the weather. You guys rocked it getting your gear all pack up in the rain.
I've got June 24 entered in my iCal... woo hoo. As long as I'm not broke by then :) -

Tue, September 5, 2006 - 2:53 PMThis was my first Straylight party. It was great until I tried to leave in the morning. We took a wrong turn and wound up getting my car stuck off the side of the road. We walked the 3 miles back to the campsite only to find about 3 or 4 cars still there. A huge thanks to the people that helped us out!! We are looking forward to the event on 9/16.
